Dan Jondron
first logged onto the Internet in 1973 and has been working with technology
and marketing issues ever since. He began working in the automotive
industry in the 1980's and began building information systems for
the automotive aftermarket in 1992. He took his company public in
1999. Dan has taught Marketing, Customer Service and Electronic Business
topics for SEMA and other organzations in Japan, Australia, Canada
and across the US since 1995. A lifelong student and teacher of exceptional
customer service and ethical business practices, Dan provides value
and satisfaction to each and every client.

Tina M. Riedl has been helping large companies
