TRAINING AND TRANSFER

You don't want us working on aspects of a project that your staff can do in house. It's just not cost effective. Our goal is to provide you with the strategies, create a plan to implement those strategies and then give your people the tools they need to get the job done when that is appropriate. We then track the results and adjust as necessary. It's easy, pleasant and fun for us to help your staff get up to speed on new implementations.
